The Backstory!
He was a concept character for a 1995 cartoon but his original creator died during the early stages, everyone else scrapped the idea for the cartoon and gizmo was left abandoned. He is a sentient character and is trapped inside a old tv. He feels he has no true identity because he was never able to get a proper one
